Hook's Lunchbox

Hook's Lunchbox is where international cuisine meets the south. Their menu is southern comfort food with a flair, and includes such items as: cajun fish bites, pulled pork sliders, wings, fried chicken, jerk turkey burgers, collard greens and cornbread. Save room for dessert! They have amazingly delicious rumchata glazed bread pudding, green tea cupcakes and cinnamon vanilla bundt cakes, among other options. Their menu is customizable, and will surely please your guests. Chef Tye has a niche for international food, possibly due to her past of traveling with the Army for several years. Since she became a full-time chef, she has cooked for quite a few celebrities as well as cooked for the Washington Redskins while they are in Virginia for training camp. She has also made appearances on the Food Network, at Taste of Philadelphia, and on Taste on TV. Along with her food truck, television appearances, and magazine articles, Chef Tye and her family offer an extensive catering menu, cooking classes and meal prep.
